KAVI VASARNI XMAS 2017

Kavikumar Varsani

Age: 19

Trade: Electrical

Qualification: Level 3 Electrical Installations

Kavi started with K10 in the spring of 2017, he was placed with Eiro Tech Engineering on Barratt London’s Trinity Square site in the London Borough of Barnet. Kavi has excelled in both college work and his site performance and he is developing into a very complete electrician.

‘I would like to thanks everyone at K10, Barratt London and Eiro Tech for giving me a great opportunity at the Trinity Square site, before joining the apprenticeship scheme I had studied electrical installation at college but had not had the opportunity to apply thi is a practical setting. The support from everyone throughout my apprenticeship so far has been amazing and I hope to become a qualified Electrician within the next 12 months’ – Kavi Vasarni, Electrical Apprentice

‘It does not surprise me at all that Kavi has won this award. Despite a whole new team of subcontractors and Barratt management to deal with Kavi transitioned between the build phases and personnel changes seamlessly. He quickly became someone we rely upon and it goes without saying that once he completes his course he will have a position as a qualified electrician with our contractor should he wish. He’s knowledgeable, helpful and a diligent member of the team and I look forward to seeing Kavi progress further.’ – Shaun Wakefield, Barratt London Project Manager
