alfred ‘I’m really happy to win this award, thanks to K10, Bellway, TCL and Flower Skills for their help. All the lessons at college enabled me to apply my skills at my last site, the    Walthamstow Dog Track and here at Barking Riverside. I try to put effort into all elements of my apprenticeship as every day gone by without trying is a day wasted’ – Alfred

‘He’s fitted in well with the team and he shows a lot of enthusiasm, he is a conscientious worker and is always eager to keep on learning. Bellway are keen to promote  apprenticeships and we wish Alfred all the best with the rest of his course.’ – Stewart Finn, Senior Site Manager, Bellway.

jabari

‘If I didn’t work for K10 I wouldn’t be where I am now. They have a great team and I would recommend anyone who wants to do an apprenticeship to join the K10  programme. Within the space of a year, I went from doing Level 2 Dry Lining to Construction Management which shows anything is possible’ – Jabari

‘The best way to sum up the importance of Jabari is a quote from Napoleon Hill, “If you can’t do great things, do small things in a great way.” Jabari understands that even  the smallest contributions can make the biggest difference in a team, and that is what Jabari is. A true team player’ – Ethan Deal, Site Manager

‘Lisa is a valued member of my team, she is hard working and conscientious, taking on tasks and completing them on time and to a good standard with very little input from myself. I would  like to take this opportunity to congratulate Lisa on this award and hope she keeps up the good work’ – Colin Young
