Ferrovial Agroman – Heathrow Shared Apprenticeship Scheme Employer of the Year 2019

Meeting-to-Introduce-JP-Director

“For Ferrovial Agroman our Apprentices are very important for ongoing business operations and they will develop into a role that appeals to them within the business. For this reason, we have implemented a mentoring program to ensure they understand their value to the projects and companies involved currently and are able to develop themselves to improve the future. We have six apprentices from the scheme onboard and we strive to keep the number of apprenticeships increasing. Also, I would like to thank Heathrow Academy for all the support and kindness, We learn a lot from each other! As I always say “How well we are doing is all about how well they are doing”

Beatriz Rodas, Client Relationship Manager & Apprentice Program Manager

“Congratulations to Ferrovial for winning this award! The launch and delivery of any apprenticeship scheme is complex and challenging however Ferrovial have been uncompromising in their support of the shared apprenticeship scheme and instrumental in creating a better experience for the apprentices involved. It’s been a pleasure to work with their airport team, Carlos, Alberto and Beatriz to name but a few. We look forward to working with them in 2020 and the years beyond”
