The Level 4 NVQ also demonstrates your expertise with regards to your supervisory abilities covering specialist skills within the construction industry.
Successfully achieving this Level 4 NVQ qualification ensures that you comply with all updated CDM Regulations.
Why is it important?
The Construction Design Management Regulations were updated in 2015 and stipulate that all workers must prove they have the skills to work safely and competently within their chosen industry.

Do you need any prior qualifications?

Who needs this qualification?
Appropriate for anyone wishing to pursue a career within Construction Site Supervision and those requiring proof under the new CDM regulations of their ability to oversee a team.
How Does It Work?
An assessor will visit you on site to complete an induction, to help decide what path suits your skills. This ensures that candidates are able to have their existing skills recognised, and achieve a Level 4 qualification from a nationally-recognised examination board without any negative impact to their day-to-day role.
We will appraise various evidence examples, from job site data to recognising prior learnt abilities. This evidence enables our assessors to help prove a candidate can comply with the requirements of this Level 4 NVQ assessment, and successfully meet industry compliance regulations.
Where Do I Go?
All NVQ’s are carried out on site but an initial assessment at your place of work is required to see if you meet the requirements or can demonstrate your experience.
